Starting in April, staffed hours will be as follows:

Mon-Thu: 8:00am - 1:00pm; 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Fri: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Sat: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Kisi access for members will remain available 7 days a week, 5:00am - 11:00pm

Our Gym

Utilize free weights and machines. Cardio equipment includes treadmill, bike, Stairmaster, Keiser Strider, and Concept2 Rower.

Personal Training packages available for 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Try the Infrared Sauna for your pre- or post-workout needs.

Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, and Silver&Fit approved facility.

After hours access available, stop in to discuss.
