Workout with a personal trainer or utilize the open gym machines, free weights, or cardiovascular equipment. Post workout recovery in the Infrared Sauna or full spectrum lightbed. All in a clean environment where you feel comfortable working out at your own pace and level.
No annual membership and no initiation fees. Choose a montly package that works best for your goals or for visitors, select a daily or weekly package. With our reservation system, you reserve your time, eliminate the worry of overcrowding or if the equipment will be available.

I have been involved in competitive sports since I was a young girl, always up for a challenge. As a young adult, running was a great outlet and as I got older, I added swimming to the mix. I’ve never been the ‘gym rat’ type but I appreciate a solid workout. It wasn’t until I turned 50 that I found a great balance between running, swimming, and strength training. As a result of the training, I feel better and recovery more quickly. This impact on my training and post race recovery has been the catalyst to Top Shape.
I love the challenge of a multi-sport or endurance event. I've completed The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim twice, St. Anthony's Triathlon, numerous half marathons, more road races than I can remember, as well as multiple aquathons. For me, it's about the training journey to the start line and the joy of crossing the finish line, especially if you set a personal record(PR).
